with, so I would appreciate any advice or thoughts.

Amazon seems to be the only place you can get reviews, which makes sense, as they don't
have anything else that I can do as a "reviewer".
I would prefer to get a review on a
website such as amazon.com but it's not as easy as it sounds. You need to make your
book look really appealing and have the right sort of content that will appeal to
readers. Also, most authors do not have the resources to put a big-picture review on
Amazon.
In your case, if you can get the book to Amazon without any major problems,
it's definitely worth it.
One last thing... I know the book looks good but the reviews
are not going to be the best quality and you probably won't get the best prices, but if
you do, there is a very good chance that the book will be reviewed well and at a great
price.
